College World Series FAQs
Our NCAA College World Series Ticket policies are the same as our normal ticket policies, but with a couple differences. Here we try to answer the questions we are asked most often. If you don't see your question answered here, give us a call at 800-817-2820 / 402-398-1999 or send us an email.
Do I have to sign for the ticket shipment?
Yes. We use FedEx to ship all tickets. Tickets will come signature required and we will not waive the signature. If you want to ship them to a different address, please contact us.
Where are the General Admission (GA) tickets?
Ticket Express doesn't sell College World Series General Admission tickets because the tickets do not guarantee admission to the game. General Admission seating is first come, first served and you should plan on long lines. If you are interested in General Admission seats, visit the official CWSOmaha web site.
What other fees will I pay for my order?
There are no additional fees. Our College World Series ticket price is inclusive. There are no convenience fees or order processing charges. The only additional charge is for shipping your tickets to you.
When do I get my tickets?
If ordered in advance, we guarantee College World Series tickets are delivered or ready for pickup 3 days before the game. Please call us if that doesn't meet your travel requirements. We can work with you.
Can you mail my tickets?
We treat tickets just like cash and only use FedEx to ship tickets. Our FedEx charge is $10 per order on the website. All tickets come Signature Required. If you need alternate shipping arrangements, contact us.
Do I have to pay a shipping charge for each game I order?
No, we will ship all of your College World Series tickets together.
Can I pick up my tickets at Rosenblatt Stadium?
No. We do not deliver tickets to Rosenblatt Stadium. Our office is located one block north of 90th and Center.
Can I get four seats together?
Yes, we also have groups of 3 seats together, but call us at 800-817-2820. The prices on our website are per ticket prices for tickets in groups of 2.
Category prices for a guaranteed 3 or 4 seats together are different and reflect the difficulty of finding larger seating groups at Rosenblatt Stadium.
In almost all cases, we cannot guarantee groupings larger than four.
Can I get a refund if my team is eliminated?
No. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or canceled after an order is submitted to us.
Can I get a refund for a rainout?
No, your tickets are valid for the rescheduled date and time. Rainouts are rare but are always rescheduled.
What about tickets for "If Necessary" Games?
Games 13 and 14 are "if necessary" games. If you buy game tickets for 13 or 14 and the game is not played, Ticket Express will give you a full refund of your ticket purchase.
Do the "all sessions" tickets include the Three championship games?
Yes, you get tickets to all 14 games plus the 3 championship games.
Will you deliver tickets to my hotel?
Yes, in almost all cases we can send tickets by courier to the front desk of your hotel. We do not deliver to hotel rooms.
