We try to list all possible situations in our Terms of Service, but some questions are asked more often than others. The questions below are asked most frequently. If you don't see your question asked or answered, give us a call at 800-817-2820 or drop us an e-mail.
What other fees will I pay for my order?
There are no additional fees other than the ticket price. Our ticket prices are inclusive. There are no hidden fees such as convenience or order processing charges. The only additional charge is for shipping your tickets to you via FedEx is that is the delivery method you choose.
When do I get my tickets?
If ordered in advance, we guarantee tickets are delivered or ready for pickup at least 2 days before the event. In the case of the College World Series or Nebraska Football tickets, the guarantee is 3 days before the game.
Please call us if that doesn't meet your travel requirements. We can work with you.
Can you mail my tickets?
We treat tickets just like cash and only use FedEx to ship tickets. Our FedEx charge is $10 per order on the website. All tickets come Signature Required. We cannot waive the signature requirement.
If you need alternate shipping arrangements, please contact us.
I can't be home to sign for my tickets.
We will not waive the signature requirement for FedEx deliveries. If you need alternate shipping arrangements, please contact us and we can ship your tickets to the address of your choice.
Do I have to pay a shipping charge for each group of tickets I order?
No, tickets for multiple events on the same order are shipped together. If we cannot ship them together, we will ship the subsequent tickets at no cost to you.
What is a guaranteed Category or Pre-Order?
Guaranteed category orders (sometimes called pre-orders) are for specific seating categories of a venue. The advantage of a category order is that you know that you have guaranteed tickets to an event and know the area you will be sitting in.
Category orders are guaranteed to be ready for pickup or delivered 2 days prior to the event, or 3 days for Nebraska Husker football tickets or College World Series tickets.
Can I get four seats together?
Yes, and groups of three also, but call us at 800-817-2820. The prices on our web site are per ticket for groups of 2.
Category prices for a guaranteed 3 or 4 seats together are sometimes different and reflect the difficulty of finding larger seating groups.
In almost all cases, we cannot guarantee groupings larger than four.
We can't go to the event. Can I get a refund?
No. Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or canceled after an order is submitted to us.
Can I get a refund for a canceled event?
Yes. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, we will give you a full refund or your purchase. If an event is rescheduled, your tickets are valid for the new date.
Will you deliver tickets to my hotel?
Yes, in almost all cases we can send tickets by courier to your name at the hotel desk. We do not deliver to hotel rooms.
What about obstructed view seats?
Ticket Express does not sell tickets labeled "obstructed view" without clearly disclosing that on our web site. We rely on the venue's seating description on the ticket. We cannot control the way an artist may set up the stage at a venue.
